In a shocking incident, a man threw chemicals at his estranged wife and son in Mumbai. As per the reports, he visited her place and threw acid at his wife and three-year-old son over suspicion of an affair.

The man, who was unemployed, suspected that his wife was having an affair with someone at her firm, where she worked as a security guard.

When he attacked his wife, her neighbours rushed to save her and nabbed the accused. He was handed over to the police while the wife and the son were rushed to the hospital.

While their condition is currently stable, the woman has sustained injuries to her face and chest. The child has burns on his lips.
